The cost of our parcel delivery service for private customers via our self-service tool esiunta.lt starts from €1.98 when sending from a parcel locker to locker. You can find out the cost of your parcel by selecting the parcel size, the country of destination and method of delivery.

During your parcel registration, the parcel locker can only be specified in the case of parcel returns. You can send your parcel from any parcel locker at any time of a day. DPD parcel lockers are available 24/7.

You can send parcel from any convenient locker.
If a parcel recipient fail to accept the parcel for any reason, or the parcel be returned to the sender, the parcel will be returned to the exact parcel locker as selected during parcel registration. 

In Lithuania, parcels are delivered within 1 working day based on the day a courier collects the parcel from a parcel locker or your indicated address.

For example:

-         if you drop off your parcel into a parcel locker in the morning, a courier will collect it the same working day.

-         If you drop off your parcel into a parcel locker late in the evening, a courier will collect it the next working day.

Private customers can send their parcels in the following ways:

·       from a parcel locker to a parcel locker

·       from your door to a receiver’s door by courier

·       from a parcel locker to a receiver’s door by courier

·       from your door to a parcel locker.

When you register your parcel in our self-service esiunta.lt you will receive your parcel’s PIN code and QR code. You do not need to print the parcel label yourself. When you send your parcel from a parcel locker, you can enter the parcel PIN code or simply scan the received QR code.
